June Dressage Competition

The 2nd of our Summer Series will be held on Sunday 2nd June 2013- Tests are as follows: Class 1 - Intro - Intro B (2009), Class 2 - Prelim - Prelim 19 (2008) and CLass 3 - Novice - Novice 27 (2007). Competition starts at 1pm, entry fees are £9.00 per class, pre-entry only!! Entries close at 10am on the Friday prior to the competition and times will be up on here by Saturday lunch! (please note that if you enter class 1, you may not also enter classes 2 & 3 on the same equine, unless you are competing HC)

Mini Camp

Mini camp is for the younger or less experienced rider. The day starts at 8 am and ends at 6 pm, during which time they will ride and learn all about ponies. Cost of such an adventure is £195.00 and will be on a first come, first served basis. Payments can be made in installments, but a non refundable deposit of £40 at time of booking must be made.

One week of everything pony! Children arrive on the Monday and leave on the Friday. Their days will consist of riding tuition and general pony fun. Evenings are taken up with games and rounders etc. If children are over the age of 10 yrs, they can camp. Only proper food is fed to this little lot! There will be a visit to the swimming pool for a wash off!! Bookings on a first come first served basis. Cost is £230.00, non refundable deposit of £40 to book. Payment may be made in installments!

Livery

AB Liveries at Friars Hill Stables offers its Livery clients superb amenities.
With pristine stables in our barn (erected 2010), use of our two Indoor schools, easy access to bridleways in a lovely scenic location, discounted lessons and knowledgeable friendly staff, AB Liveries has a relaxed atmosphere and much more to offer. We regularly hold Dressage & Show Jumping competitions here on the yard and actively encourage our Livery owners to take part. We also have a popular Riding Club which gives Livery Owners a chance to ride inside and have fun riding with others.

PART LIVERY – Part Livery is charged at £10.00 per day – horses are provided with bedding & forage, changing of rugs and turnout when available.
FULL LIVERY- Full Livery is charged out at £14.00 per day – horses are provided with Bedding, forage, changing of rugs and turnout when available, daily exercise and weekly tack cleaning are also included.
HUNTER LIVERY – Hunter Livery is charged out at £16.00 per day – horses are provided with bedding, forage, changing of rugs & turnout when available. Daily exercise and weekly tack cleaning are also included along with production for the hunting field plus before & aftercare of the horse.
BREAKING & SCHOOLING LIVERY – This is charged out at £22.00 per day – horses are provided with bedding & forage, changing of rugs & turnout when available, plus daily schooling & education.

Concentrates & Supplements - AB Liveries feeds the following concentrates: - Quiet Mix, Competition Mix, Sugar Beet, Chop/Hi-Fi & Cubes, for which a small daily fee is added onto your livery bill. You may provide your own supplements if you wish. If Livery Owners wish to feed alternative concentrates to their horse, they may purchase them & store them at home and may also make up their own feeds ensuring both feeds are available to be fed well in advance of our routine feeding time.
